Q1. How can I track my order status?

  1. You can log in our website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your registered account.
  2. If the order was placed without signing in, you could just use "look up a single order" function to track your order. Please refer to the following steps:
    1). Go to Sign In My Account at the right top of our website.
    2). Click "order status"
    3). Enter your Order Number and Email Address to see your order details.
    If you still can’t get your order information, please contact our customer service email service@leely.com.

Q2. Why the processing time is so long?

Sorry to confuse you. Since our products are made to order, we need some days to prepare it and another 5-7 business days to ship it. Your understanding will be highly appreciated. You can also see the specific tailoring time and shipping time on the product page.
Once your order is completed, we will arrange for shipment immediately and send you a confirmation email including the tracking number. If you don't receive the confirmation email till the estimated shipping date, please contact us.

Q3. We can not accept orders which buy multiple pieces to choose one.

We can not accept orders which buy multiple pieces to choose one,this is not part of our return policy. All additional costs incurred need to be borne by the customer.

Q4. Other situations will not be part of our return policy.

Since compared to our high-cost dresses, our sale prices are very cheap. Leely will only issue a full refund for damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items, other situations will not be part of our return policy.

Q5. Can I add or remove items from my order?

We are glad that you would like to purchase more from us. Since all the items are prepared after the orders are placed, please place a new order and pay for it on our website first, and then do remember to click chat now button in our main page or you can click contact us to submit a ticket to us, we will help to combine your orders.

Q6. How to pay unpaid order?

You may refer to following steps to go to pay for your order.
1. Login to your account and click "My Orders".
2.Find the unpaid order, click "Proceed to pay" to go to the Checkout Page.

Q7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:
1. Canceling an Unpaid Order: An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 1 day.
2. Canceling a Paid Order: If you haven't received the shipping notification email, you can Contact Us within 24 hours to cancel the order.
Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive. You may either keep it or return it for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package may be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

Q8. I placed my order but did not get a confirmation.

If you placed your order but didn’t get an email confirmation that the order was placed, don't worry! You may still have an order, you'll just want to try the following to double check.

Check your spam folder. Our email confirmations can sometimes end up in there.
If you signed in through Facebook or Gmail, check the email linked with that.
Go to "My Orders" and you'll be able to see all the order's you've placed and should be able to see the status of your order.
Check your bank account to make sure that there is a transaction from LEELY.
If you still can't find any confirmation that your order was placed, definitely Contact Us with your full name, email, phone number, and the address you gave at checkout so we can try to locate it.

Q1. Will my item be exactly the same color as what is shown on your website?

Our color charts online have been adjusted to display color as close as possible to the color of the actual fabrics. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. Colors are subject to the actual dresses you get.

Q2. What is the best way to choose my size?

Please kindly refer to our size chart to choose the correct size.

If your measurements align with our size chart, I suggest you choose standard size.
If your measurements cannot be found in the size chart, I recommend you choose custom size to ensure the dress fits you.

Q4. Do you have any measuring tips?

Of course! Use the tips below to help find the best size for you! Remember: when comparing your measurements to those listed on the site, make sure to check if the fabric is stretchy or not. If it is, it can stretch an inch or more.
Bust: Wrap the measuring tape loosely around the fullest part of your bust to ensure a comfortable fit.
Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, holding the measuring tape loose enough to fit comfortably.
Hips: Drape the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, resting the tape comfortably against your body.
Length: For tops and dresses, measure from the top of your shoulder to the hem. For strapless dresses, measure from the highest part of the neckline to the hem. For pants and skirts, measure from the top of the waist to the hem.

Q5. Do you have a store?

We are sorry but currently we do not have any physical stores. As an e-commerce company, we just do business online. You can see the products on our website and place the order. We will make the products for you once your order is confirmed.
We completely understand that you may have concerns about the fit and the style of our dresses. If so, you can choose custom size to ensure the fit. For most of adult dresses, we can make it with your measurements and the dress will fit you well. Each of our dresses is totally made to order according to our pictures. We sincerely hope you could give us a try.

Q1. Will you save my personal information?

We respect your privacy and keep your personal information confidential.

When you visit our site, the information collected is stored by your browser, such as your name, phone number, postal code, and address. Cookies can be used to recognize your IP address and provide faster access to our site. You can restrict the use of cookies by changing the settings in your browser, which may limit your access to our site.

Q2. How do I place an order?

For your convenience, we have express checkout available online. Simply add an item to your bag, go to your bag (link in the upper right hand corner of each page) and choose your preferred check out option. Provide your payment and shipping information, and place your order! An order confirmation will be sent to the email address on file once your order is placed.

Q3. Why can’t I log into my account?

Most of the time is that you have entered the email address or password incorrectly.

If you signed in with Facebook or Gmail the first time, you will need to click the "Sign in with Facebook" or "Sign in with Gmail"button to log in.

Q4. Do I have to register to place an order?

No, you don't need to register with LEELY to place orders.

You can fill in the necessary information when checking out as a guest. But you will not be able to check the order status or order history without registering.

Leely is doing our best to ensure you a wonderful shopping experience with us. Currently, we provide simpler, more efficient, and more secure Paypal, common credit, and debit cards for all orders.. No matter what methods you prefer, you need to select your items and add them to your shopping cart, that's for sure. In addition, registering with us first would be very helpful for shopping with us since you will get rid of the trouble of entering your information repeatedly, plus, you can manage your account, check your order information, and get informed of your order status very fast.

What countries or regions do you ship to?

Leely ships worldwide to nearly every country across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more.

We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely.

If your shipping destination is not available at checkout, please just contact us.

Do I need to pay sales tax or custom duties?

In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.

Due to customs regulatory policies, please note that we are unable to list purchased items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price.

How much is shipping costs?

You may add items to the shopping cart to check on the accurate shipping fee. Customers can also place a test order to check the total cost

We have two shipping methods including expedited shipping and standard shipping. The shipping fee varies from country to country. It also depends on the weight of the items you order.

If you have any issues with the shipping cost, please do let us know and we'll be more than happy to walk you through it!

hen will I receive my order?

From the time you place your order to the day you get a knock on the door from a nice delivery person, you're looking at about 7- 15 days for Tailoring&production, and around 3 -10 business days for shipping.

Estimated Receiving Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

You may check the specific Tailoring time including the rush order service on each product page. The shipping time depends on shipping methods. The fastest shipping - expedited shipping takes 3-5 days for the shipment. The standard shipping takes 6-10 days. We use the standard shipping for The free shipping (You can choose expedited shipping if needed). The sooner you place an order, the sooner we start preparing your dress.

Here's the process for dresses:

Your order is confirmed by our inventory and quality control team. If everything looks good (no unusual measurements, address info, etc.) they will approve the order and send it to the tailors to get to work. This can take 1-3 business days.Please notice your email and reply us or contact us by live chat for your order confirmed.You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Then, each dress is made-to-order by our tailors.

Your dress is shipped from our warehouses, shipping times vary from 3 - 12 business days, depending on your region and the shipping methods.

PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER

How to place a custom order?

We recently streamlined the ordering process for custom sizing and alteration to make it as easy of a process as possible!

Once you've created your FeelTimes account, and have your measurements (you can find our guidelines on the Size Chart page), you will want to follow these steps to place your custom order:

1.Go to the main page for the dress you plan to order.

2.Choose your product time, color and click the box that reads "CUSTOM Made " below the size list. (Custom made fee is Free Now)

3.Additional space to select your measurements will appear. You will want to choose your bust, waist, bottom, height, and hollow to hem (for short dress) measurements in Inches/Centimeters. For floor length styles, there will be an option for "Extra Length" for heels:

4.Submit your personal measurements. Click the button that reads "ADD TO CART"

5. Go to your shopping cart page and review that everything is correct and select "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT":

6.Fill out all shipping and payment information and complete checkout! Please do not forget to submit your other requirements at the checkout page.

When should I order my dress?

Our dresses are made to order.

Estimated Receiving Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

It takes anywhere from 10-15 business days to ship bridesmaid dresses after order. Tailoring times do not include ship time. Shipping can take 3-10 business days subject to the shipping method.

You can find the ordering timeline at the tailoring time drop list for each product.There are also plenty of options that ship immediately!

We suggest customers order at least 1 - 2 month earlier and customers will have plenty of time to alter the dresses just in case.

We will also be adding dresses to our "Ships in 24hrs" section to help alleviate the high demand, but keep in mind that availability is limited and there is no guarantee that we will have the exact style, size, or color you need. If you cannot find an item in the "Ships in 24hrs" section, it means we do not have one at this time.
